Restaurant Review: Fisherman's Outlet of Los Angeles, California

We had lunch at the Fisherman's Outlet at 529 So. Central Avenue, Los Angeles, California.

The restaurant is in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, and is a popular place for lunch. The lines are long, although the lines do move. They have fish, shrimp, lobster, with french fries, rice, cole slaw, and they have sliced desserts if you wish.  People generally go there for the seafood.
Lauren had shrimp salad, and I had charbroiled combination salmon, shrimp and tiger shrimp.  Lauren loved his salad; and I enjoyed my meal as well.  I've had their fried shrimp and scallops, which was fine, but I prefer the charbroiled. I noted their lobster for around $36.00, and plan to try that next time. (Now, where on earth can you get lobster for that prize? It's certainly very reasonable.)

The place is also a seafood market so one can buy frozen shrimp, scallops, etc.

If you are going to downtown Los Angeles and if you like seafood, plan on stopping there. It's very casual and informal, but the food is good.
