Easy Day to Night Peachy-Orange Look for Summer
This
look is ideal for day or night, especially in the Summer. It can be
achieved in just about 10 minutes. The idea is to create a soft and
elegant look. The products are applied in a very light fashion to combat
the sweltering summer heat. Bobbi Brown's Calypso Coral Pot Rouge is
used both on the lips and cheeks to create a fresh, peachy look. The
eyes are simple but bright -- a perfect complement to the orange hues.
Skip the concealer for an even lighter look, especially if you don't
have any blemishes or under-eye darkness to worry about. With twelve simple
steps, even a beginner can achieve the look in 10 minutes or less.
There are
so many Summer looks out there but this one is by far my favorite this season.
Enjoy!

1.
Apply moisturizer and allow to sink in for a minute or so. Then apply
the primer. Also apply the superfruit butter or your favorite lip balm to the lips.
2. Using clean fingers or the Expert Face Brush, apply a dime-sized amount of the Silk Creme Foundation to the face.
3.
Swirl the Buffing Brush in the bronzing makeup base and apply to the
temples, tip of the nose and on top of the cheekbones. Apply any left
over bronzer on the brush below the jawlines
for additional definition.
4.
Using the Detailer Brush, mix both the light and dark shades of the
Secret Camouflage face concealer to conceal any blemishes or dark spots.
5. Using the smallest amount of the Bobbi Brown peach corrector, conceal any under-eye darkness with MAC's 194 brush.
6. Layer concealer over the corrector using
the Real Techniques deluxe crease brush or your favorite concealer brush.
7. Now set the make up with translucent setting powder with a powder puff or Powder Brush.
Note: If using the powder puff, press the puff into the skin with the tiniest amount of powder. If using the Powder brush, gently press the brush into the skin. Either way, do not swipe! Else, all the concealer layered underneath will be disturbed.

8.
Using the Shadow brush, apply MAC Orb shadow all over the lid and
extend slightly towards the brow-bone. Using the Detailer brush, apply Ricepaper eyehadow to the inner corners of the eyes to open them even more.
9.
Tight-line the upper inner rim of the eye using the black pencil
eyeliner. Since we are not using any eyeliner for this look, this step
is important in making the upper lash line look fuller. Tight-lining the lower rim of the eye is not necessary for this look.
10. Using clean fingers, apply some of the Calypso Coral Pot Rouge to the lips for a fresh just-pinched look.
11.
Apply the same Calypso Coral Pot Rouge to the tops of the cheekbones
over the bronzer and extend any leftover product on the fingers towards the edge of the face. Apply any leftover pigment to the bridge of the nose.
12. To finish off the look, curl your eyelashes using your favorite eyelash curler and black mascara.
