Cebuana writer Chinggay Utzurrum writes about Step into Our Kitchens, a collection of recipes and personal essays, which I edited. This popular cookbook is published by Vibal Foundation.
Chinggay mentions some Cebuana contributors to the book: the Lardizabal sisters ( Lorna Lardizabal Dietz and Noemi Lardizabal-Dado), the late Catherine Fructuoso Duarte (her recipes submitted by her daughter Maricar Duarte Martinez ), and Ma. Patricia M. Aberasturi, who shares heirloom recipes from her Escano family.
