Cebu, Philippines: Hit-and-run Driver in Mabolo left Victim Bleeding and Unconscious

Laertes Del Rosario Ocampo, a resident of Cebu City, Philippines, was hit by a vehicle with License plate Number GDA434, at around 4:10 a.m., November 21, 2015. This happened in the vicinity of Mabolo, Cebu City.

The driver/owner of a vehicle left Laertes unconscious by the sidewalk where he lay bleeding profusely.

The driver should contact authorities immediately.

She has lectured and performed at UCLA, USC, University of Connecticut, University of the Philippines, PEN, Shakespeare & Company in Paris, and many others. She has served in the Board of literary arts groups such as PEN, PAWWA (Pacific Asian American Writers West), among others.
